| 1967 Begg Chev special. The last time I saw this car - at Skope 2005 - it had a Daimler 2.5 V8 in it. This time it had a 289 Chev, which is close to what it originally had in it. George Begg himself changed to the Daimler engine, then later back to the Chev, so either engine is historically accurate. Personally, I'd rather see this car mixing it up with the 2500 crowd than getting its butt whipped in F5000. If the bodyshell looks like a Brabham, that's because it is. | |
